Social Innovation

“Start with your why and then jump in...I had always been in an environment and thought that I have to wait until I’m done being a student to take action on the things that I care about. The Social Innovation Challenge allows you to do things while you’re a student too. I think that makes sense to include everybody because I think the urgency of social issues demand that everyone work on them.”

-Momina Meer, Social Innovation Challenge & Enactus team member

Social innovation programs at the University of Arkansas provide students with opportunities to explore pressing social and environmental problems affecting our communities. Through programs, classes, and global experiences, students learn how entrepreneurship and innovation can be a driver of solutions to problems they care about locally and across the globe.
